Kitchen Renovation
Wishlist
- Full or partial removal of wall separating kitchen and living area
- New flooring in kitchen/dining/living area - prefer a durable easy-to-maintain hard surface (e.g., concrete, tile)
- New cabinets - existing ones are likely originals to the house and showing some wear. Also not enough variation in shelf clearance and storage options. E.g., larger appliances like stand mixer don’t fit.
- New countertops - prefer an easy to maintain stone or stone-like material
- New appliances - I’m not much of a cook or baker, so don’t have any specific needs.
- New sink & plumbing fixtures
- Updated lighting
- Area for espresso/coffee would be a plus, possibly plumbed in
